Gymnastics and dance for kids ages 2 to 16. Small groups of eight, coaches who know your kid by name, and plenty of chalk.
A normal class here looks like kids on floor mats, a coach at the low beam, and a parent or two watching from the lobby. Everyone starts where they are.

Groups stay around eight kids, so the coach sees every child in every class. You get a written progress note every eight weeks.

No tryouts and no big scary first day. Sit in the lobby, watch a class, and ask whatever you need before deciding.

Gym pricing is usually buried in sign-up and leotard fees. Ours fits on a napkin.
Pick a program and we'll show you a realistic range. It's not a final rate — it's a starting point so you know what to expect.
Rates depend on age group and class frequency. No long-term contract. The current rates are posted in the lobby.
Most families are within a twenty-minute drive. That keeps the place friendly — you see the same parents in the lobby week after week.
Ages 2–4. Rolling, hanging, jumping off low blocks. Parent joins in.
Ages 5–8. Cartwheels, beam walks, basic jumps.
Ages 8–12. Floor routines, bars basics, handspring progressions.
By placement. Coach-led placement with Dana before the season.
All ages. Weekly class, same group all season.
90 minutes of coach-led games. You bring the cake, we bring the chalk.
Our daughter was scared of the beam for a year. Coach Jenna never pushed. She just kept putting a spotter mat down and asking if she wanted to try. Last month she walked it alone.
Sit in the lobby, watch a class, ask anything. No pressure to sign up on day one.

Every child starts where they are. Placement is a quick chat, not a test.

Groups stay around eight kids, and you get a written progress note every eight weeks.

Sit in on a class before you decide. No forms, no fees, no hard sell.
